Who is Umi the Doula?

​

Umi is a member of the community with a calling for birthwork.

​

She offers her heart and hands to the community. Guiding parents into parenthood - calling upon the traditions of her grandmothers before her.

 

As a traditional birthworker,  she comes with an understanding of the sacredness of new beginnings.

 

Offerings include: overnight care for newborns, custom postpartum healing plan, meal train creation, traditional belly binding and gentle presence.

She also provides nanny care for newborns, infants and toddlers! Respecting their developmental milestones and supporting the early foundations for lifelong emotional regulation.
